Why is smiling important in customer service

We've all learned to differentiate the automatic messages from those who were actually written for us and this a why good attitude is crucial. Sometimes we even start a conversation by chat and end with a phone call. Not every day is going to be nice, but for that, you have a team; at Toky , we support each other sharing great attitude.
