This achievement will need a little bit of patience to do. During the fight, the Oaf will pick a player up and run him along the wooden plank. When he drops you, rats will appear and 20 of them need to be killed. If you're doing this as a group, one player, the tank needs to move the Oaf away from the others whilst the others kill the rats.

You do have a timer on the rats as they will disappear if you don't kill them all in time. If you fail to kill all the rats, just carry on, they'll be more rats to come. If you're soloing it, you need to pick the rats off using your single shot spell otherwise you will hurt the boss and not be able to complete it until the next day.
